Where to get started on this project

As a busy business entrepreneur I belive i have the code to making my business successful but where do I start? This is the big question where do you start. I booked on to course with Simon Gilbert from Pro Active and started to participate in the "think and grow rich" mastermind group he agreed to run at our office over a ten week period. This is based on the book by Napoleon Hill and was written just after the great depression in the 20's in the USA.

I hope this course may help me attain my dreams!!!
